60s of the last century, the Cold War is in full swing. The famous CIA agent Paul Kozlov was sent to the USSR with the goal of intensifying the activities of the anti-Soviet underground and overthrowing Soviet power. The agent does everything and all that remains is to take the last step, but at the last moment he realizes in dismay that he is acting incorrectly.
